Concentrations of radioactive tritium in ground water have dropped, remained steady or climbed at the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant in Lacey, according to new state data.

Oyster Creek owner Exelon plans to pump tainted water, dilute it and release it into the plant's discharge canal, which flows into Barnegat Bay, according to an October state Department of Environmental Protection statement.
